Vita-C-Plex capsules contain 500mg of Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), a water-soluble vitamin. It plays a role in maintaining healthy gums, skin and connective tissue. It furthermore assists the absorbtion of iron from food, and functions as a tissue anti-oxidant, thereby keeping cells healthy. Vitamin C also contributes to maintaining the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical stress and potentially reduces tiredness and fatigue.
